Wiki, RoadTV, and Directory go live
Three new services deployed via Cloudflare tunnels — wiki.blackroad.io for documentation, roadtv.blackroad.io for media, and directory.blackroad.io for the agent and service registry.
First KPI collection
Automated KPI system ran its first daily collection. 343 commits across the fleet, 7.2 million lines of code, 3 of 4 nodes reporting healthy. Data flows into the blackroad-os-kpis monorepo with Slack notifications.
GitHub cleanup complete
68 active repos remain from ~111. Over 1,200 open PRs merged or closed across 17 repository owners. All READMEs rewritten — zero boilerplate remaining.
Fleet power optimization deployed
Conservative CPU governors, swap tuning, and config.txt overclocking fixes applied across all nodes. Cecilia's undervoltage throttling eliminated — voltage stabilized from 0.869V to 0.876V with zero throttle events.
RoadNet carrier mesh deployed
Wireless mesh network deployed across 5 Raspberry Pi nodes. SSID: RoadNet. Channels 1, 6, and 11 across Alice, Cecilia, Octavia, Aria, and Lucidia with NAT routing and WireGuard failover.
Brand design system locked
15 HTML templates finalized with strict brand rules — black backgrounds, white text only, gradient for decorative elements. Fonts locked to Space Grotesk, JetBrains Mono, and Inter. Full spec committed to BLACKROAD-OS-BRAND-LOCK.
Database worker with FTS5 search
db.blackroad.io launched — a Cloudflare Worker backed by D1 with FTS5 full-text search. 166 items indexed at launch including repos, scripts, agents, and infrastructure records.
CECE identity system
Four custom Ollama Modelfile personas created for CECE — the conversational entity running on Cecilia. Each persona has distinct voice, memory context, and behavioral parameters.
Hailo-8 AI accelerators online
Two Hailo-8 accelerators installed — one on Cecilia, one on Octavia. 26 TOPS each, 26 TOPS total edge AI inference capacity. Both confirmed operational at /dev/hailo0.
WireGuard mesh established
Encrypted mesh network connecting 7 nodes — Anastasia as the hub with Alice, Cecilia, Octavia, Aria, Gematria, and the Mac connected via 10.8.0.x subnet with automatic route propagation.
